Every product on Daily Dash Shop is an instant digital download. Because the files are delivered immediately and can be downloaded, copied and kept, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once a purchase is complete — no exceptions.
By completing your order you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period once the download begins. This applies to individual template purchases and the 1-year unlimited pass, which are final once access is granted.
Payments made in cryptocurrency are irreversible and final by nature; no crypto payment can be refunded or reversed under any circumstances.
Credit-wallet top-ups get one fair exception. You may request a refund of a credit-wallet top-up only while you have used 25 credits or fewer from your wallet. Once more than 25 credits have been spent, the top-up becomes non-refundable — you have already downloaded and kept paid templates at that point. Credits never expire, so any unused credits are never lost. This exception does not apply to purchases paid in cryptocurrency, which remain final and irreversible.

If your download is genuinely faulty, corrupted, or you received the wrong item, that's on us — email hellodailydashshop@gmail.com within 7 days and we'll send you a working replacement file. This does not include change of mind or lack of the software needed to open a file.
