Every product on Daily Dash Shop is an instant digital download. Because the files are delivered immediately and can be downloaded, copied and kept, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once a purchase is complete. By completing your order you acknowledge and agree to this.

Before you buy

We want you to buy with confidence, so we make the details clear up front:

• Each listing describes exactly what's included and the file formats you'll receive.
• Every product is a .ZIP download containing the files plus a short "how to use" guide.
• Want to try our quality first, free? Grab the free starter template before you buy.

Problems with your file

If your download is genuinely faulty, corrupted, or you received the wrong item, that's on us — email hello@dailydashshop.com within 7 days and we'll send you a working replacement file. This does not include change of mind or lack of the software needed to open a file.
